These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sober Sally’s website and the booking of Sober Sally’s services. By using our site or booking services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Services

Sober Sally’s provides non-alcoholic (“zero-proof”) beverage catering and event bar services. Specific inclusions (menu, staffing, duration, add-ons) are based on your proposal/quote.

2) Booking, deposits, and payments

  • A booking is confirmed only when you (a) accept the quote/proposal and (b) pay the required deposit (typically 30-50% unless stated otherwise in writing).

  • Remaining balance is due by the date stated in your invoice/proposal (commonly prior to event day).

  • All pricing and inclusions must be confirmed in writing.

Deposit amount and timing may vary based on event size, staffing, and travel.

3) Cancellations and rescheduling

  • If you cancel, the deposit is non-refundable because it reserves your date and prep time.

  • If you reschedule and we are available, we will apply your deposit to the new date if rescheduled at least 14 days prior to the event.

  • If rescheduled within 14 days, additional fees may apply due to staffing and product commitments.

4) Client responsibilities (venue + event conditions)

You agree to provide:

  • Accurate event details (time, location, guest count)

  • Reasonable access for setup/tear-down and a suitable serving area

  • Any required venue permissions/insurance requirements communicated in advance

  • A safe environment for staff and guests

5) Travel and additional fees

Travel fees, additional staffing, extended hours, special requests, and add-ons may incur additional charges as quoted.

6) Allergies and dietary preferences

We will do our best to accommodate allergies/preferences if communicated in advance, but we can’t guarantee an allergen-free environment.

7) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sober Sally’s is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability related to services is limited to the amount paid to us for the event in question.

8) Website content and intellectual property

All website content (text, photos, logos, branding) is owned by Sober Sally’s or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without written consent.

9) Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
